DROP-OFF BREAKFAST AND LUNCH SERVICE
We know that when it comes to ordering a catered breakfast or lunch you've got options, and we're delighted you've chosen to order your catering from an experienced caterer.
Our goal is to prepare and serve the freshest and most beautifully presented cuisine to our clients for every occasion, knowing that it takes a bit of time to get it right.
As a company truly devoted to catering, we are experts in the business of catering and this is what differentiates us from the many restaurants and other foodservice operations also providing carry-out and delivery service.
What this means to our valued clients is that you will have the best quality food, presented in the most eye appealing way, and that you will have everything you need and everything you ordered. Our guidelines allow us to assure the quality and service we're so well known for.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday.
All orders must be placed by noon of the day prior but are subject to a first come first served system and subject to availability.
We recommend sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a space on our daily calendar, so that we can accommodate your order.
minimum order for delivery is $150.00 (Excluding tax + delivery). Smaller orders are available for pick up from our West Loop location Monday - Friday.
minimum order for weekend events is $1,000 and available as delivery only.
Late orders are accepted at the discretion of the kitchen and a rush order fee may be applied.
DELIVERY & SET-UP
We strive for a worry-free presentation that makes you proud.
Delivery + set-up fees are based on order size and destination. Fees start at $26.00
Our menu prices include disposables and "greenware".
Please call us for other "no-waste" and "green" presentation ideas.
CURRENT DELIVERY ZONES: WEST LOOP, DOWNTOWN + RIVER NORTH ONLY (other areas by special arrangement).
CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Client must confirm order via email, otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery.
Customer must review and approve proposals for accuracy; we are not responsible for any errors.
Confirmed yet cancelled orders are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon receipt.
Split invoicing is subject to a $5.00 fee per credit card. Please advise
us of your request for split invoicing at the time you place your order,
or you may incur additional fees.
Larger functions are subject to a 50% deposit with signed proposal; deposits are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary.
